Katehi's offer to resign as 不良研究所 chancellor. Later in the afternoon, Ralph J. Hexter, acting chancellor since April 27, issued the following statement:</p> <p>鈥淭oday鈥檚 news ends a period of uncertainty at 不良研究所.
